Ipsos is seeking a Forecaster – Healthcare Market Research to blend healthcare device knowledge with forecasting analytics. You will design models, analyze market data, and collaborate across insights, analytics, marketing, and product teams to guide strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes rigorous data analysis, clear communication of insights, and staying current with industry trends. Base salary ranges are provided and final compensation reflects location and experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical software
Experience in market research methodologies (primary/secondary, surveys, focus groups)
Understanding healthcare market structures, reimbursement models, and regulatory environments with medical devices/diagnostics

Responsibilities

Oversee primary and secondary research to understand HCP and patient needs
Design, develop and maintain statistical models to forecast market growth and product adoption
Identify, source and analyze historical healthcare market data to identify trends
Collaborate with insights, analytics, marketing, sales, product development and operations teams to align forecasts
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives and stakeholders
Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to inform market strategy
Test forecast accuracy and refine models to stay relevant
