Serenity offers a Manager In Training program designed to elevate your business acumen within healthcare. You will rotate through clinic roles and gain leadership insights, while promoting innovative medical solutions and supporting patients on their path to recovery.

The program emphasizes persuasive communication, business development, and a strong patient experience focus, with mentorship and training to prepare you for leadership roles in Serenity's growing network. Relocation is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business-related field of study.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality and resolve patient or customer concerns.
• Patient-centric mindset with passion for driving business growth and achieving organizational objectives.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding expectations.

Responsabilités

• Rotations: immersive 1-3 month rotations across clinic positions to gain leadership skills.
• Persuasive communication to promote healthcare options and overcome objections.
• Business development: learn strategies to drive growth and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
• Elevate patient experience: advocate for mental health and educate patients on treatments.
• Data-driven decision making: learn to use the EHR system for care coordination.
• Strategic consultations: develop skills to gather patient information and design treatment plans.
