Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General repair and maintenance background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recognize hazards to residents or staff safety and take action to maintain a safe environment.
• Organize and prioritize tasks.
• Replace, repair and purchase items according to facility policy.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance program and document it accurately.
• Maintain weather protection for building and grounds in all weather conditions.
• Supervise outside contractors.
• Serve on-call for emergency and off-duty hours.
• Perform errands and tasks as required.
• Maintain upkeep of exterior of building and grounds.
