• Plan and document preventive maintenance programs.
• Protect building exterior from weather hazards.
• Supervise outside contractors as needed.
• On-call for emergencies and off-hours.
• Run errands and perform tasks as required.
• Keep exterior grounds in good condition in all weather.
• Assist with other duties assigned by management.
