Northridge Health & Rehab is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to support essential facility operations and keep the center functioning smoothly. The role involves HVAC maintenance, safety checks, and general upkeep across the building.

Starting pay is $21.84 per hour with weekly pay and benefits including PTO, holidays, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and a referral bonus program. Practical, hands-on work in a non-profit care environment is expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a H.S. diploma or its equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Changes air conditioner/heater filters as scheduled/needed.
• Performs routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters.
• Uses pressure washer as requested.
• Uses electrical tools and equipment when appropriate.
• Checks oxygen level of concentrators as requested or needed.
• Performs routine maintenance of oxygen concentrator as scheduled/needed.
• Performs water temperature tests as requested/scheduled.
• Performs routine laundry equipment maintenance as scheduled/needed.
• Tests fire alarm systems as scheduled/needed.
• Tests fire safety equipment as scheduled/needed.
