Job summary

The role involves routine maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical work, oxygen concentrators checks, fire alarm testing, generator maintenance, and light carpentry.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to read safety rules, operate maintenance documentation and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Change air conditioner/heater filters as scheduled or needed.
• Perform routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters.
• Use pressure washer and electrical tools as appropriate.
• Test fire alarm systems and fire safety equipment.
• Perform generator testing and routine maintenance.
• Paint interior/exterior and assist with basic carpentry tasks.
• Maintain grounds and assist in minor repairs around the center.
