Job summary

Iterative Health in New York is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to support the full M&A lifecycle—from sourcing and evaluating potential acquisitions through due diligence, transaction execution, and integration. You will work closely with the VP, Corporate Development and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or related work.
• Experience contributing to M&A processes, including sourcing, analysis, due diligence, or integration.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize acquisition targets aligned with IH’s growth.
• Engage with targets and position Iterative Health as partner or buyer.
• Coordinate due diligence materials across finance, legal, tax, and operations.
• Develop and refine financial analyses and pitch materials for leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other teams to drive transactions.
• Support integration of acquired companies post-close.
