Job summary

Cape Cod Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Manager, Logistics Operations to oversee logistics, warehouse and supply storage, replenishment, inventory management and courier services across the system.

You will ensure compliance with policies, manage insource and outsourced courier services, coordinate replenishment for medical-surgical supplies, and optimize receiving, shipping and ERP updates. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in healthcare logistics, with experience in Peoplesoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years related Supply Chain Logistics/Warehousing/Replenishment experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Peoplesoft Supply Chain Management or equivalent application.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, Project, PowerPoint).
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers/regulatory agencies in a timely manner.
• Ability to convey information to stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees logistics, warehouse and supply storage, replenishment, inventory management and courier services for the system.
• Maintains departmental policies, procedures and quality/safety standards.
• Manages inhouse and outsourced courier services, scheduling and vehicle maintenance.
• Directs replenishment for medical/surgical supplies across nursing areas and departments.
• Oversees offsite warehouse operations, stock rotation and best-practice management.
• Ensures storeroom layout and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversees receiving/shipping processes and ERP system updates, including 3rd party logistics.
• Manages inventory loss reduction and reporting to leadership/finance.
• Oversees staff scheduling, HR activities and policy compliance.
