Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities required.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain required government licenses for vehicle and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite movement of materials and supplies according to BAMC schedules.
• Monitor requisitions, orders, and deliveries to ensure on-time receipt and distribution.
• Track shipments and expedite orders to meet urgent requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to confirm material availability and delivery plans.
• Collaborate with BAMC departments and Logistics Manager to prioritize materials for critical medical operations.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
