Job summary

BioTouch in Columbus, GA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support transportation of supplies, kits, and biological specimens. You will track shipments from pickup through delivery and liaison between external and internal partners.

The role requires 2 years in a service-related area, knowledge of UPS/FedEx networks, and strong MS Office skills. The position offers a hybrid schedule at our Columbus, GA facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in a service related area
• Background and drug check required

Responsibilities

• Efficiently track shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Build strong vendor relations and improve day-to-day logistics
• Update and manage daily logistics reports; send daily transit reports
• Manage carriers to SOPs and service level agreements
• Monitor carrier performance and dashboards
• Communicate with customers across management levels
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution
• Maintain BioTouch systems for client profiles
• Willingness to work shift work and overtime as required
