Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-closing and closing activities for healthcare and practice finance loans.
• Review loan approvals and documentation prepared by internal teams and outside counsel.
• Collect and manage required closing documentation and loan conditions.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, credit partners, and title companies to facilitate closings.
• Communicate timelines and requirements to clients; resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and bank policies.
