Qualifications

• 3–6 years of healthcare transactional experience.
• Experience with healthcare mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and strategic transactions.
• Experience representing health systems, hospitals, physician groups, management companies, or healthcare investors.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory issues impacting transactions, including fraud and abuse considerations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating agreements, management agreements, and related transaction documents.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required.
• Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted.
