Job summary

NOVO Health Services, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Client Relations Manager for the St. Louis area.

The CRM will be the first point of contact, building and maintaining client relationships by delivering prompt, accurate service to promote loyalty and protect assets. Essential duties include inventory/par management within accounts, conducting site visits, client education, and systematic data entry across systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Industry experience or prior customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and hold all business in assigned accounts.
• Ensure CRM activity is conducted as scheduled daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Participate in client meetings – monthly and quarterly business reviews and events.
• Enter data into ABS, Linen Master, Salesforce, One Drive and other spreadsheets on schedule.
• Conduct client education and linen awareness to support cost and utilization savings opportunities.
