Job summary

Jade Global in the United States seeks an Industry Consultant for Healthcare & Life Sciences to shape offerings across Cx, ITSM, ERP, HCM and SCM, and to lead industry conversations with client leadership. This senior, client-facing role drives sales and presales, builds partnerships, and creates thought leadership, including AI and agentic solutions for healthcare and life sciences.

The ideal candidate has multi-stack experience, process consulting skills, and can translate HLS regulatory

Qualifications

12–15 years in consulting or industry-plus-consulting roles.
Platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle and Workday are typical.
Domain depth in at least two HLS segments: providers, payers, pharma and biotech, medical devices.
Proven process consulting skills: process discovery, BPMN modelling, value stream mapping, operating-model design.
Experience in sales and presales: shaped and won enterprise deals and presented to C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

Industry overlay on the pillars for HLS: translate into POVs, reference architectures, use cases and accelerators.
Lead current-state assessments, process redesign and operating-model work across HLS value chains.
Use process mining and process intelligence to baseline performance and build the value case for transformation.
Qualify opportunities, run executive discovery, and support proposals and client workshops.
Build joint propositions with technology partners and co-create go-to-market plays.
