Jade Global, Inc. is seeking an Industry Consultant for Healthcare & Life Sciences to shape offerings, lead industry conversations with client leadership, and support sales, presales and partnerships across CX, ITSM, ERP, HCM and SCM.

The role emphasizes cross-stack expertise, process consulting, and development of new consulting services, including AI-driven solutions while ensuring regulatory alignment and practical transformation roadmaps.

Qualifications

12-15 years in consulting with at least 8 years focused on Healthcare and Life Sciences.
Experience across CRM, CX, ERP, HCM and SCM stacks.
Familiarity with HIPAA, GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GDPR and their impact on tech and processes.

Responsibilities

Translate HLS context into points of view, reference architectures, use cases and accelerators for CX, ITSM, ERP, HCM and SCM.
Lead current-state assessments, process redesign and operating-model work across HLS value chains.
Use process mining to baseline performance and justify transformation.
Qualify opportunities and support proposals, orals and client workshops.
Build joint propositions with technology partners and ecosystem players for HLS.
Publish thought leadership and speak at industry forums.
