Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of compliance experience.
• 1 year SME in respective area(s) and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to manage regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive compliance calendar with monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.
• File accurate, timely reports to government agencies per regulations.
• Address inquiries from governmental agencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement internal controls and policies for corporate compliance.
• Oversee and improve the appeals process and related workflows.
