Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare administration, legal studies, or related field.
• 2–4 years in an office setting, preferably in regulated healthcare.
• Strong written, verbal, and research skills; professional communication with internal staff and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licensure for each facility with the applicable regulatory bodies.
• Track renewals and expirations, coordinating with facilities and regulators.
• Prepare and submit license applications and changes.
• Research regulatory requirements and interpret applicable rules.
• Support compliance audits and training programs.
• Maintain licensing records in SharePoint and related systems.
• Communicate licensing changes to departments and regulatory bodies.
