Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or
• 4+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of experience in training, employee development, or HR
• Healthcare setting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Designs, updates, and curates training materials and curricula.
• Delivers in-person, virtual, or hybrid training sessions.
• Coordinates scheduling, registration, materials, and tech setup.
• Measures training impact using feedback and performance metrics.
• Partners with leaders to align programs with organizational goals.
• Maintains training records and ensures compliance with regulations.
