Job summary

Oregon State Hospital, part of the Oregon Health Authority, seeks a Learning and Development Manager to oversee clinical education and workforce development programs in Salem. You will translate strategic vision into operations, manage curriculum and onboarding, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Six years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience.
• Three years of related experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, direction, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and workforce development systems.
• Lead operational planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education and workforce development programs.
• Develop long-range education strategies aligned withDirector's vision and organizational priorities.
• Establish and oversee training governance processes to ensure programs are reviewed and updated.
• Oversee curriculum design, instructional standards, and learning technologies.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration on curriculum development and safety initiatives.
• Serve as SME for training governance and workforce development initiatives.
• Communicate education priorities and performance to leadership and partners.
