Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to use a computer, prior cleaning experience in a healthcare setting, knowledge of materials, equipment and methods used in cleaning is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day laundry tasks to maintain a clean environment in a health care setting.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE guidelines when handling contaminated laundry.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold linens and distribute clean laundry per location policies.
• Lift up to 30–50 lbs and push/pull up to 500 lbs on level surfaces.
