Job summary

Good Samaritan’s GSS ND Bis St Vincent Care Ctr in Bismarck, ND is hiring a dedicated Laundry Attendant to maintain a clean, safe healthcare laundry environment. You will sort, wash, dry, fold, and label linens, following site processes and infection prevention guidelines.

You may handle dirty linens, operate laundry equipment, and assist with linen distribution. Qualifications include a high school diploma and basic computer use; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to use a computer and knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment and methods helpful.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day laundry tasks including sorting, washing, drying, folding and labeling of linens per site processes.
• Handle collection, distribution and storage of clean/soiled linens following infection prevention guidelines.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and maintain PPE as required.
