Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree required.
• Biomedical Science or related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience using medical terminology.
• Customer service experience required; call center experience a plus.
• Experience in a laboratory/healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for patient and provider inquiries and data entry.
• Provide accurate information on lab questions and order status.
• Navigate multiple software platforms to research and resolve questions.
• Document interactions in company systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Escalate complex issues to management.
• Protect patient and company confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Support daily operational needs.
