Qualifications

• Proficiency in purchasing, inventory, cost control, and budget management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and dining service areas.
• Manage staff scheduling, meal preparation, and service to ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor inventory, orders, and budget to minimize waste and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission).
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
