Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a supervisor in a food-related environment.
• Understanding of quantity food production, healthcare and catering operations preferred.
• Serve Safe/CPFM certification preferred and must be completed within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and service activities for cafeteria, tray line, coffee shop, Doctor's Lounge and catering events.
• Oversee hiring, interviewing, scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Manage sanitation, safety, inventory, vendor relations and compliance with applicable health regulations.
