• Identify and secure new contracts with vendors to improve costs and quality.
• Ensure sanitation and safety of equipment; train staff on safety procedures.
• Engage with members during meals to build relationships and gather feedback.
• Orient and train kitchen staff to align with safety and sanitation protocols.
