Pinnacle Dietary Global is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor of Dining Services to join our team at our location in Philadelphia, PA. You will oversee daily dining operations, plan menus, lead cooks and dining staff, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare dining experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a food service management role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong leadership and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our dining services, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service delivery.
• Manage a team of cooks, servers, and other dining staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food presentation.
• Develop and implement creative and appealing menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents and patients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Director of Dining Services to develop and implement strategies to improve dining services and increase customer satisfaction.

Assistant Director of Dining Services Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our dining services, including menu planning, food preparation, and food service delivery

Kitchen Supervisor of Dining Services Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred ; degree in hospitality, food service management, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of leadership, team management, and customer service excellence
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
