Responsibilities include stocking storerooms, labeling leftovers, following safety regulations, and rotating to other kitchen areas as needed. The role requires good communication, reliability, and respect for client privacy and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food preparation, sanitation, and hygiene.
• Two years sobriety prior to hire if recovering from a substance use disorder and participate in a self-help program.
• Knowledge of client confidentiality laws and drug-free workplace policies.
• Ability to follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare individual plates according to portion control standards.
• Garnish plates to assure attractiveness.
• Help to prepare late trays, as needed.
• Label and store leftovers with date.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary at all times.
• Wash hands frequently and before preparing food.
• Report faulty equipment or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Rotate to other kitchen areas as needed.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
