Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with dietary requirements and menu specs for residents or patients in a healthcare setting.

You will work with the dietary team to ensure food safety, proper portioning, timely service, and menu planning, while maintaining cleanliness and complying with safety regulations. 1–2 years of healthcare/long-term care or restaurant cooking experience preferred; culinary training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary training preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of cooking experience in healthcare, long-term care, or restaurant settings.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines; maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure meals are attractively presented and portioned correctly.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen; monitor inventory and rotate stock.
• Collaborate with dietary aides and nutritionists to plan menus and coordinate meal service.
