Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dishwasher to help maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area in a long-term care facility. You will support resident and staff needs by ensuring hygienic food prep and service environments.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and following safety guidelines. A team-oriented mindset and reliable work ethic are essential in this role within our caregiving community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification is required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils thoroughly.
• Sanitize equipment, workstations, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Dispose of waste and recycle materials as needed.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
