Job summary

The role requires 3+ years supporting healthcare applications, experience with HL7, FHIR, interfaces, and SharePoint; strong analytical and communication skills; Monday–Friday, 8–5, with after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare applications in clinical/operational settings.
• Experience designing and supporting healthcare workflows and business processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining interfaces (HL7, API, FHIR).
• Experience administering and configuring patient engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst for healthcare applications supporting clinical, operational, and administrative workflows.
• Analyze workflows and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support application lifecycle activities including implementation, configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Collaborate with clinicians, leadership, and stakeholders to gather requirements and create documentation.
• Participate in project planning and technology initiatives to improve care delivery.
