Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analyst for healthcare applications supporting clinical, operational and administrative workflows.

resource for healthcare applications supporting clinical, operational, and administrative workflows.Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient safety, user experience, and operational effectiveness.Support application lifecycle activities including implementation, configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.Collaborate with clinicians, nursing leadership, operational departments, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain application documentation, workflows, standards, and support procedures.Participate in project planning, system implementations, and technology initiativesHealthcare Workflow OptimizationEvaluate clinical and business processes to
