Application Support*** Serve as the primary analyst and technical resource for healthcare applications supporting clinical, operational, and administrative workflows.* Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient safety, user experience, and operational effectiveness.* Support application lifecycle activities including implementation, configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.* Collaborate with clinicians, nursing leadership, operational departments, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
