Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Training Change Management Lead to own the national training strategy and change framework for Healthcare IT deployments. You will build role-based curricula, oversee super-user networks, and drive adoption across multi-site health systems.

You will manage resistance, track readiness, and align training with facility cutovers, while traveling as needed for key projects and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, or technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience developing role-based training programs for enterprise clinical and administrative user groups across multi-site healthcare.
• Experience managing virtual and in-person training delivery across multi-site clinical go-lives.
• Expertise establishing super-user models, managing change resistance, and analyzing adoption metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall training strategy, change management framework, and stakeholder communication plans across enterprise clinical deployments.
• Develop and maintain role-based curricula for imaging and clinical user groups in virtual and in-person formats.
• Establish and manage a scalable super-user model to drive peer-led adoption at local facilities.
• Execute change resistance management and conduct organizational readiness assessments.
• Define and monitor user adoption metrics, proficiency tracking, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Partner with site transition leads to align training delivery with facility cutover timelines.
