Job summary

Virtuox is seeking a Territory Manager to lead and grow a defined sales region within the United States. You will drive service sales across product lines, educate accounts, and maintain CRM records to track opportunities and performance.

You will collaborate with product managers to expand accounts and ensure deep knowledge of all company offerings. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4+ years of sales experience, and 2+ years in medical sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of medical sales experience preferred.
• 4+ years of total sales experience with demonstrated success.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue goals for service sales and all assigned product lines.
• In-service and educate new and existing accounts.
• Manage all aspects of the assigned territory while meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Provide daily updates on sales activity, competition, and business opportunities.
• Accurately maintain CRM activity and submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Submit monthly expense reports and manage expenses within the approved budget.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company product lines.
• Communicate effectively with Customer Experience and internal teams regarding customer needs.
• Complete issue resolution documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Report to management as directed, providing performance insights and territory assessments.
