Job summary

Virtuox, a healthcare IT company, is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales in a defined region and act as a trusted field representative to the medical community. You will prospect, quote, close new business, and educate accounts on services.

You will maintain CRM, generate territory insights, and collaborate with product managers to expand existing accounts while meeting revenue goals. Roanoke, VA area preferred; on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of medical sales experience preferred; 4+ years total sales experience.
• Strong computer proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue goals for service sales and all assigned product lines.
• In-service and educate new and existing accounts.
• Manage territory and meet performance goals.
• Maintain CRM activity and timely paperwork.
• Submit monthly expense reports and manage within budget.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to generate new business and expand accounts.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product lines.
• Communicate with Customer Experience and internal teams regarding customer needs.
• Complete issue resolution documentation as per company policies.
• Report to management with performance insights and territory assessments.
