Responsibilities

• Maintains optimal operation of departmental application in partnership with IT or external software vendor, as appropriate.
• Provides support for application users, including troubleshooting and training of staff.
• Builds, maintains and prepares documentation and training materials.
• Performs some analysis of data and may create moderately complex reports.
• In some roles, may supervise staff.
• Works within guidelines and participates in policy changes across departments.
