Hamilton Health Center in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a System Analyst I to support daily IT operations and user assistance for about 300 employees. The role helps maximize EHR and software system functionality to support patient care and organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to communicate solutions to users of varying technical levels. Healthcare experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and a minimum of five (5) years of related experience may be considered.
• Strong IT support knowledge and technical troubleshooting practices.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and information security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work IT tickets as assigned while providing world-class customer support and timely communication regarding open requests.
• Monitor and support day-to-day operational and technical support activities for approximately 300 users.
• Provide technical support related to EHR systems, software applications, and user operational needs.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to provide transparency and visibility regarding departmental operations and value initiatives.
• Assist leadership with departmental and organizational reporting functions.
• Conduct audits and support compliance reporting activities.
