Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a Systems Analyst to design, implement, and support healthcare applications such as Epic, Workday, and Kronos. You will partner with architects and engineers to safeguard system integrity while working within waterfall and agile project environments.

You will analyze business processes, document requirements, and drive integrations across IT systems, aligning with clinical and operational teams to meet SLAs and security standards.

• Project Management: participate in and lead smaller projects; apply waterfall and agile methods.
• Training and Documentation: contribute to system configuration docs; share best practices.
• Integration and Data Management: ensure data integrity and secure integration across healthcare applications.
