- Coordinates installation, updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktop, client, and network systems.
- Monitors and maintains information system components to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities
- Provides advanced support for system users, application coordinators, and vendors during testing and installation of hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Coordinates installation, updates, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktop, client, and network systems.
- Monitors and maintains information system components to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborates with team members to maximize systems utilization and data access.
- Coordinates technical issue resolution between IT staff and system vendors.
- Schedules and performs system downtime to minimize service interruptions.
- Ensures system backups are performed and stored securely.
- Participates in the development and implementation of disaster recovery processes.
- Participates in help desk and on-call activities, analyzing support trends for improvement.
