Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System administration of multiple computer systems including installation of software releases, patches, and upgrades.
• Provide technical and application support to internal and external departments and vendors.
• Coordinate upgrades and implementations and ensure timely completion; provide end-user support.
• Coordinate vendor management for installation and issue resolution.
