Revel Staffing is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to support clinical and administrative staff. You will respond to inbound inquiries, provide first-level IT support, and document resolutions in the ticketing system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active HIPAA compliance credential or training required.
• 1+ year of IT help desk or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of Windows, email, user accounts, passwords, VPN, and common business applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to document support activity accurately.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound help desk calls, tickets, and emails from clinical and administrative staff
• Provide first-level technical support for common IT issues, including password resets and account lockouts
• Resolve EMR/EHR and healthcare application access issues
• Address VPN, email, and connectivity problems
• Perform basic software and hardware troubleshooting
• Follow documented procedures, KB articles, and workflows
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, actions, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or IT leadership when needed
• Deliver professional, patient, and customer-focused support across skill levels
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality of data
• Handle increased volume during peak periods and system updates
• Assist with user account setup and access changes
