Job summary

Upward Health, Inc. is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support for end-user systems and assist with maintaining operational logistics for our nationwide clinical teams.

You will excel in high-demand environments, be comfortable with Microsoft and Android platforms, and enjoy teaching users while delivering timely solutions. This role offers growth opportunities in service delivery, system administration, and training across the United States.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of Microsoft and Android platforms.
Experience with Microsoft administrative tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Word).
Proven troubleshooting skills and timely solutions.
Capability to configure devices and manage accounts securely.
Documentation, knowledge bases, and training material creation.
Excellent verbal and written communication with customer-service focus.
Ability to work independently within a team.
Ability to deliver reports and issue summaries to management.
Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line technical support for end-user systems across the United States.
Maintain and update help desk tickets with thorough troubleshooting steps.
Create and manage user documentation and knowledge bases.
Assist with system administration, training, and onboarding of clinical teams.
Collaborate with IT staff to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Deliver clear reports and summaries to leadership.
