Job summary

Glooko, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to own and scale the EndoTool glucose management platform support queue for hospital clients.

You will reduce case resolution timelines, triage complex environments (on-premises and cloud), and assist migrations to EndoTool Cloud while coordinating with implementation teams.

Role requires after-hours on-call, strong HL7/FHIR know-how, SSO/OAuth2, and experience supporting healthcare IT workloads in Windows Server environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical support or application support in Healthcare IT, Medical Device Software, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, OAuth2 security profiles is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex infrastructure issues to hospital IT staff and clinical leads.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and resolve inbound application and environment tickets.
• Drive SLA reductions and optimize ticket workflows.
• Troubleshoot HL7 data flows, MRN conversions, and legacy interfaces.
• Analyze and debug EMR integration via REST/FHIR APIs.
• Support EMR launch mechanisms and SSO workflows (SMART on FHIR).
• Maintain and resolve SSO/authentication challenges (Auth0, OAuth2).
• Assist post-go-live upgrades and system expansions for client hospitals.
• Aid in server and database migrations to cloud or hosted environments.
• Participate in on-call rotation for severity 1 and 2 incidents.
• Create and update technical documentation and schematics.
