Job summary

ChristianaCare Health System seeks an experienced healthcare IT leader to supervise and optimize imaging and cardiovascular information systems, including Philips PACS, PowerScribe, Merge, and Fuji Synapse platforms. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages budgets, and aligns IT services with clinical goals in a hybrid on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a discipline related to the assigned area.
• 4+ years of project and/or resource management experience with an emphasis on multi-disciplinary projects, systems and/or teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads small teams of individuals including managing recruitment, retention, staffing plans, and performance accountability.
• Manages operational readiness of existing systems and services.
• Develops and manages budget for specific projects.
• Manages vendor relationships within scope of project-specific work.
• Provides intake mechanism and coordinates project handoff per methodology.
