Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC seeks an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. You will analyze healthcare data to support business decisions, and you will develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and BI tools.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data integrity across reports, and mentor junior team members while staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare business analysis experience, including writing business requirements and user acceptance testing.
• 5+ years of SQL development experience, including performance tuning.
• 3+ years of experience with State Medicaid and CHIP CMS reporting; ability to quickly acquire domain knowledge.
• Basic understanding of CMS reporting requirements for Medicaid.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in IT, CS, Math, Statistics, or related STEM field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong team collaboration and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare-related data to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and BI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
