Opportunity Description

Our private equity client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of CEO/C-Level operational experience in the healthcare IT services industry. The candidate will assist with due diligence and potentially assume a senior role, such as CEO or Executive Chairman, in a new acquisition identified collaboratively. The client is open to various niches within the services sector.

This position is remote, with some travel until the acquisition is finalized. Depending on circumstances, relocation may be required based on the executive's role within the new portfolio company.

Note: Our PE clients are control group buyers, not passive investors or VCs. They value companies based on a multiple of TTM EBITDA, do not invest in startups or early-stage companies, and do not seek unicorn-type growth.

This opportunity pertains to a new platform, not an existing portfolio company. It does not offer immediate paid operational positions.

Preference for candidates with an industry buy & build thesis, starting with a foundational platform and targeting acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of CEO or C-Level operational experience with full P&L responsibility in healthcare IT services.
• At least 10 years of experience managing P&L of $100MM or more.
• High EQ and leadership skills.
• Willingness to remain in a leadership role post-acquisition.
• Prior experience in private equity portfolio companies at the C-Level is preferred.
• Executives with entrepreneurial thinking are most successful in this program.
