Platinum Dermatology Partners seeks an IT Security Manager to lead security operations across a multi-site healthcare environment. This hands-on leader configures and secures our cybersecurity stack, investigates alerts, and drives remediation with a focus on scalable programs and AI-enabled security tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience; 3+ years in healthcare or regulated industry preferred.
• Direct experience operating SIEM (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel) and XDR/MDR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own SIEM, XDR, and MDR platforms; monitor alerts and tune thresholds.
• Lead incident responses, root cause analyses, and real-time containment.
• Conduct threat hunting using MITRE ATT&CK-based methods; drive remediation.
• Manage EDR across multiple locations; coordinate vulnerability remediation.
• Develop incident playbooks; coordinate with partners for forensics when needed.
• Oversee cloud security, IAM, MFA, Zero Trust, and access reviews.
• Support HIPAA security controls, audits, and BAA reviews.
