Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2–5 years of Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem.
• Understanding of AI concepts and their healthcare applications.
• Familiarity with Italian public procurement regulations and tendering processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across North-East Italy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners.
• Identify customer needs and position InterSystems’ healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies.
• Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets.
