Job summary

You will plan, execute, and deliver across PATH workstreams, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor risks, and report status to leadership to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in software, healthcare, or clinical applications.
• Experience with MS Project, Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery across PATH workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Manage dependencies across clinical workflows, billing, technology, and integrations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, scope, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide day-to-day project oversight.
• Communicate project status, risks, timelines, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and resolve blockers, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, action items, and project tracking.
