You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate timelines and risks, and collaborate with IT, healthcare operations, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing technology projects and system migrations.
• Experience with electronic records transfers or migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare technology projects from initiation through implementation and completion.
• Manage projects involving electronic records systems transfers, migrations, and implementations.
• Coordinate technology migration activities, timelines, deliverables, and project dependencies.
• Collaborate with IT, healthcare operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, status reports, and project documentation.
• Monitor project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout system migration and technology implementation activities.
• Support data, system, and electronic record transfer initiatives while ensuring project requirements are met.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and support the development of mitigation and contingency plans.
